Shipping Terms

SHIPPING IN THE REPUBLIC OF PANAMA

Shipments will be made within a period of 48 to 72 business hours after the payment has been processed.

Shipments for all of Panama will be made by My Box.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our offices.

Domestic purchases over $ 100.00 will receive free shipping.

We are not responsible for delays due to carrier limitations.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Shipments will be made within a period of 48 to 72 business hours after the payment has been processed.

Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on destination after payment is processed.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our offices.

International deliveries will be made through DHL.

International purchases made over $150.00 will receive free shipping.

We are not responsible for delays due to carrier limitations.

Return Policy

These policies are valid for www.shoptropicaledge.com Our main purpose is to fulfill all the expectations of our customers. It is understood that when buying any of our products the customer accepts the terms, conditions and return policies specified below.

  • If after receiving the products the customer is not satisfied, www.samnaofficial.com  allows the change of product by: Size, Color or Reference
  • The customer will have a period of 10 days from receipt of the product to send  any claim in relation to the product supplied. After that period, the client will consider the products as compliant.
